Founded in 2020 in Sacramento, CA by Elisa Scott, Kicks 4 Kids 916 provides children and youth—infant through age 18—with free sneakers, clothing, backpacks, school supplies, and more. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to ensure every child, regardless of circumstance, starts the school year prepared, confident, and supported.
